Job DescriptionOur Outside School Hours Care service, Chapel Hill State School Helping Hands, is looking for a passionate Educator to assist the service and provide engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 15 hours per week (guaranteed minimum).
You will work across split shifts to support the service’s operating hours of Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 8:45am (Rise then Shine Program) and 3:00pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program). You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too!
Please note that to be considered for this role, we are looking for an Educator who can commit to working at least 3 afternoons per week.
🌱 About the role
Working in a team of Educators, you will have support of a Coordinator to seamlessly run before and after school care for children aged 5-12 years:
- Facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Work with a team of skilled Educators onsite
