We’re seeking a passionate Permanent Coordinator to lead our Yarra Junction OSHC program, bringing creativity, leadership, and care to every moment.

 

Your Hours:
🌅 Morning: 7:00 am – 9:00 am
🌇 Afternoon: 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm
🗂️ Plus 2 hours weekly for planning and admin

Job Description

Your Role

  • Build Strong Relationships – Connect with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive community.

  • Lead & Mentor Your Team – Guide, support, and motivate a team of Educators to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences.

Qualifications

Do you have what it takes?

  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference
  • Experience in childcare or early childhood education
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid)
  • Australian work rights
  • Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards
