Join us as an OSHClub Coordinator in Bunbury WA! We are currently on the lookout for a number experienced Coordinators for the following locations: 

  • Kingston Primary School
  • Bunbury Primary School 

This role offers up to 38 hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours. You'll work across split shifts to support our vibrant programs: Monday to Friday, 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play). It’s an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, making a real difference in the lives of children! 

About the role 

Step into an exciting leadership role where you’ll guide a team of passionate Educators, running an engaging before- and after-school program at a primary school for children aged 5-12 years. With dedicated support from a state-specific office and regional managers who mentor and visit you regularly, you'll be set up for success! 

  • Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program packed with fun activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—whatever sparks the kids’ imagination!  

  • Build strong relationships with children, the school, families, and the wider community while taking charge of your team's roster, day-to-day operations, compliance, and admin. 

  •  This is your chance to inspire, lead, and make a real impact every day! 

Who are we looking for? 

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have: 

✔️ Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact  
✔️ Communicates clearly and confidently  
✔️ Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role  
✔️ Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check  
✔️ Has Australian work rights
✔️ Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
