Are you ready to take your leadership journey to the next level? Join us at Brabham OSHClub as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!

This permanent part-time role offers 32 hours per week, including non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, we’ll ensure you’re equipped to thrive in a leadership role.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:

  • 6:30-8:30am (Rise then Shine)
  • 2:50-6:00pm (Stay and Play)
  • Block shifts in the school holidays! (Holiday HQ program).

About the Role – Lead Your Team to Success!

As an OSHC Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

  • You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
  • You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
