Job Description

Our Outside School Hours Care service, Carlton Gardens, is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 26.25 hours per week  to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators. 

You'll work split shifts, supporting our Monday-Friday hours: 7:00am-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:45pm-6:00pm (Stay and Play). Extra hours are also available during school holidays!

  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into! 
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents 
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management 
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Qualifications

✔️ Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check

✔️ Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
