How you will contribute
You will:
- Work in close partnership with the business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda
- Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on strategic projects
- Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
- Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

Key Responsibilities:
- Bridge between Business and Technology: Lead the Unified Data Project, connecting business needs with the technical capabilities of the data team.
- Product Vision: Define and refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
- Data Expertise: Translate business requirements into actionable insights, using tools like Tableau and Power BI for effective analysis and reporting.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of approximately 10 people, encompassing development (front-end, reporting), data collection, and data management.
- Agile Execution: Drive project execution using agile methodologies, ensuring efficient communication, coordination, and collaboration among teams.
- Vendor Management: Manage and coordinate with vendors, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of project components.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Retail and Consumer Goods Experience: Deep understanding of the retail landscape and consumer goods industry, including key business concepts.
- Sales Operations Knowledge: Proven experience in sales operations, including business intelligence, data analysis, and team management.
- Actionable Insights: Ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and improvements.
- Technical Fluency: Strong knowledge of data systems and architecture, with a focus on data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing and executing complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery and successful outcomes.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Mondelez (Preferred): Prior experience within Mondelez, particularly in sales operations, would be advantageous.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Sales Operations and Business Intelligence Experience: Understanding of sales processes, data analysis, and reporting.
- Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization software.
- Agile Project Management: Experience in leading and managing projects using agile methodologies.
- Data Architecture Understanding: Knowledge of data systems, pipelines, and data integration techniques.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Execution and Delivery: Proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects on time and within budget.
Team Composition:
The team will consist of a development team (4 front-end developers) responsible for reporting and visualization, a data collection team (3 dedicated employees, plus a new member) focused on data ingestion from various sources, and a management team of 5 individuals responsible for overall project execution and coordination.
Specific Position Requirements:
- The individual should have a background in consumer goods or retail.
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Knowledge of SAP, digital tools, and sales operations
