Job Description:
Coordinate and execute Human Resources processes for the Shared Services Office, aligned with Crown Mexico's plans and guidelines, to ensure the attraction, onboarding, development, and well-being of talent while fostering a positive work environment and supporting the achievement of organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to ensure the timely filling of vacancies with candidates who meet the required profiles.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and applicable legal requirements.
- Plan and coordinate the training schedule in collaboration with internal and external instructors to support the Annual Training Plan.
- Organize events, employee engagement activities, and internal communication campaigns that strengthen organizational culture and promote a positive work environment.
- Encourage employee participation in surveys and feedback initiatives to identify opportunities for improving the employee experience.
- Provide guidance and support to employees by delivering the information and resources needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Advise leaders and employees on performance management processes, ensuring proper use of SuccessFactors and the accuracy of recorded information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment and selection, training, internal communication, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of Human Resources processes and applicable labor legislation.
- Experience using talent management systems (preferably SuccessFactors).
