The Robotic-Focused Sales Specialist is a key member of the Ortho Recon division, responsible for driving sales activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the CORI Surgical System. This role is designed for a sales-oriented professional who can deliver technical guidance on robot utilization to healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will facilitate product adoption by assisting with robot setup and delivering user training to ensure effective handling of the robotic system.

Location: Seoul, Korea

Essential Responsibilities

·       Sales Activity: Execute sales activities for the Arthroplasty portfolio and robotic products within assigned geographic regions.

·       Customer Interaction: Build and maintain professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to improve company visibility.

·       Distributor Support: Collaborate with distributors to address field needs and support regional business growth.

·       Product Demonstration: Support product demonstrations and help coordinate the medical education process for potential users.

·       Robot System Proficiency: Achieve and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide accurate information on robot system usage.

·       In-Hospital Robot Support: Ensure efficient robot setup in hospitals and provide technical guidance to help users handle the robot with confidence.

·       User Training Assistance: Assist in implementing internal and external robot training programs to help customers reach a consistent learning curve.

·       Operational Troubleshooting: Check robot readiness and handle routine technical inquiries and service processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

·       Experience: Minimum1–3 years of Sales or Marketing experience in the healthcare or medical device industry (Ortho Recon or Arthroplasty field is highly preferred).

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any major

·       Language Skills: Proficiency in English for communication with global employees (Written & Verbal)

·       Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the specified geographic region.

·       Attributes: Precise and detailed characteristics in handling duties with an active and outgoing sales mindset.
