This Orthopedist will be joining a tenured, and well-respected team of 10 Orthopedic Surgeons and 6 Physician Assistants. You will be the second Total Joint Surgeon in the group and can anticipate a 400+ joint a year practice once fully ramped up.
Position Highlights:
* 4-Day Work Week
* Group consists of 8 Orthopedic Surgeons
* Walk into a robust Total Joint practice
* Operate out of an ASC with Total Joint Certification of Excellence
* Minimal Call - 3-4 Calls per month
* Largest Primary Care base in the region
* PAs to assist with pre-ops, post-ops, and more
* Dedicated MA and an experienced team of RNs for support
* EPIC EMR
* Great Peer-to-Peer support

Required Qualifications:
* BC/BE Orthopedic Surgery
* Fellowship training in Total Joint
* Unrestricted WA state license or the ability to obtain
* Current DEA certificate required prior to start date
* Current BLS certification prior to start date
* EMR Proficient - EPIC preferred
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $457,500 - $931,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
