Program Highlights
- Two-Surgeon Model: Each surgeon works ~183 days/year
- 24/7/365 ED Ortho Call Coverage
- Daily Onsite Weekday Coverage (M–F): Clinic, hospital, and OR
- Clinic Duties Include: Elective ortho, follow-ups, and outpatient consults
- Target Volume: 150 acute + 150 elective = 300 total cases in year one
- No APPs required – direct surgeon-delivered care

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Experience in arthroscopy, joint replacement, and acute fracture care
- Proven ability to balance elective & inpatient referrals
