Summary:

In this role, you will identify and recruit viable healthcare organizations to join the aptitude platform while also driving contract utilization at select accounts. You will provide strategic guidance to key constituents within the client’s organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of healthcare organization opportunities and convert prospects to clients.

  • Provide senior level support to internal aptitude resources and client representatives to drive initiative execution through the platform.

  • Collaborate with internal business units within Vizient to drive aptitude adoption.

  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure provider strategy is positioned appropriately.

  • Coordinate between aptitude and other Vizient business units are aligned properly, and provider operation dashboards are maintained with KPI’s for the business.

  • Drive the daily activities and management of the pipeline to include managing weekly priorities, ensuring computer systems used for tracking are up to date, and the pipeline is up to date.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience is required.

  • Experience working with a GPO, healthcare provider, or distributor/manufacturer is required.

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.

  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Clinical supply chain experience preferred.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
