Compensation & Benefits (varies based on experience, location and other factors)
- Earning potential of up to $400,000+ (full-time)
- $1,350+ per day
- +$100 per banding
- 2 weeks paid vacation (full-time)
- License reimbursement

- $2,000 annual CE allowance
- Relocation/sign-on bonus up to $10,000

Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment planning ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Deliver high-quality care by performing orthodontic procedures such as fitting braces, adjusting appliances, and managing retention devices.
- Direct and support Dental Assistants and auxiliary team members.
- Collaborate with other dentists in the practice to provide integrated care of patients requiring additional services.
- Adhere to all federal and state regulations including state dental board rules and regulations, HIPPA and OSHA requirements.
- Maintain detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Orthodontic specialty certificate
- Preference for 3–5 years of experience (new graduates considered with a long-term orientation)
