This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with patients, and takes pride in keeping both communication and office workflows running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist patients, creating a warm and professional environment
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly
- Support scheduling, patient flow, and daily office coordination
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, correspondence, and inventory
- Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain an efficient schedule
- Follow up on patient leads and support conversion efforts
- Participate in team huddles and contribute to overall office productivity
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Comfortable using office software and computer systems
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Bilingual skills are required
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)

Pay
- $21-23 per hour
