Requirements

- Support training and onboarding of new orthodontic team members.
- Monitor inventory and clinical supplies.
- Collaborate with the practice leadership team to maintain high standards of patient care and operational excellence.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Minimum of 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced orthodontic environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and patient care.
- Salary: $49,000 annually
- Monthly bonus opportunity after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.
