Salary: $55,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

What you will do: The Talent Acquisition Specialist works as a staff member of the Human Resources Department team. This position reports to the Corporate Human Resources Director and/or Manager. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, interviewing and recommending candidates for vacant requested positions, managing the internal application process, and processing administrative referrals in addition to overseeing and assisting with all ROP site recruitment.
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- ORR experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interview and assess potential employees
- Must meet requirements to be an eligible ROP driver
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, TB test, and child abuse central registry check.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
8:00AM to 5:00PM
5 days on 2 days off

Skills Required
