BRIEF DESCRIPTION
This is a strategic and tactical role for a professional who bridges organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency. The Organizational Process Analyst drives both systemic organizational health and the detailed process improvements that enable execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Process Mapping & Analysis: Map current state processes at both macro (organization-wide) and micro (team/department) levels; identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions to understand business needs and operational constraints
- Process Redesign: Recommend and document improved processes; create detailed process flows, user stories, and workflows
- Solution Design Collaboration: Work with IT and operations teams to design solutions that support new organizational structures and processes
- Testing & Validation: Develop acceptance criteria; validate that redesigned processes and systems work as intended
- Implementation Support: Ensure processes are properly documented and trained; support go-live activities
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor implemented processes and recommend ongoing refinements based on performance data
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience
- At least 2 years in business analysis, process improvement, operations, or related tactical role

WORK LOCATION
- Work is typically performed in a hybrid manner in MMA’s Philadelphia, PA office.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $95,500.00 to $152,500.00.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
