Job Description

**GENERAL SUMMARY:** Diagnoses organizational issues through data collection and analysis to identify root causes. Consults with leadership and HR directors to develop and recommend action plans addressing change management, employee engagement, and performance. Facilitates leadership development and team effectiveness initiatives through coaching, facilitation, and strategic dialogue. Drives performance improvement by implementing proven tools and techniques to enhance systems and processes across hospital and ambulatory sites.

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Master's degree (MBA, MA, or MS) in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in Organization Development, Change Management, and/or Training and Development
  • Demonstrated success orchestrating organizational development and change initiatives within a corporate or business organizational development capability
  • Experience working with large or complex organizations with geographically dispersed team members and clients
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • 2-5 years of experience in a healthcare environment
  • Professional Coaching Certification

Skills Required

  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 7–10 years of professional experience in organizational development, change management, and/or training and development
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational development and change initiatives within a corporate or business organizational development function
  • Experience working with large or complex organizations and geographically dispersed teams and clients
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
  • 2–5 years of experience in a healthcare environment
  • Professional Coaching Certification
