The Opportunity

Reporting to our Manager, Organizational Development, you will shape the future of our organization's talent! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of implementing innovative talent strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and employee growth. If you're passionate about talent assessment, succession planning, and creating meaningful employee experiences, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

As specialist in our Organizational Development center of excellence, you'll support programs that directly influence how we identify, develop, and retain top talent. Your work will help create career paths for employees, prepare future leaders, and build a high-performance organization ready to meet tomorrow's challenges.

  • This role is hybrid remote (4-6xs onsite at our West Chester, PA office)

Your Impact

  • Drive Talent Excellence: Administer cutting-edge talent assessment tools and processes that identify high-potential employees and future leaders

  • Support Strategic Succession: Coordinate succession planning initiatives that ensure leadership continuity and build organizational resilience

  • Enhance Performance: Implement performance management solutions that foster a culture of continuous feedback and development

  • Recognize Achievement: Support recognition programs that celebrate employee contributions and reinforce organizational values

  • Deliver Insights: Generate comprehensive talent analytics and reports that inform strategic workforce decisions

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with HR and Talent Management Business Partners and leaders to implement talent solutions that address business needs

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in talent management, HR, or related discipline

  • Working knowledge of talent assessment methodologies and succession planning processes

  • Experience with HR information systems and talent management platforms

  • 2+ years utilizing excel for reporting and analytics

  • Excellent project coordination abilities and attention to detail

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels

  • Passion for talent development and organizational effectiveness

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
