Our Program:
The primary objective of the Organizational Development internship is to help revise and deliver the roll-out of a revised leader development curriculum. Under the direction of the VP of Organizational Development and assigned mentor, the intern will use organizational development knowledge and business writing fundamentals to collaborate with key stakeholders. In addition, based on availability and interest, there will be multiple opportunities to participate in other OD initiatives, like contributing to one of several Employee Resource Group and the implementation of LLM/AI into the OD function suppoirting the organization.
Day in the Life:
Design and Deliver: training modules for the Leadership curriculum.
Work closely with an assigned mentor to assist with creating learning content (Leadership Curriculum build-out.
Help facilitate the Leadership Connectedness session for VPs and above.
Help to create AI-enabled solutions to extend the range and scope of the OD function.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Completion of sophomore or junior year in an accredited undergraduate degree program with a 3.0/4.0 GPA at the time of application.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to organize thoughts and communicate clearly, completely, and concisely.
Strong organizational and detail skills, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to pivot easily when directions and priorities change on short notice.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite®, with heavy emphasis on Word and SharePoint.
Proficiency in software that applies to your major and function-specific internship.
Passion for learning the credit union industry.
Being friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic, with a genuine desire to provide extraordinary service.
