Primary Duties and Accountabilities: (Include key metrics and estimate the percent of working time that each duty requires)
- Supervise Training and process: DNC, plan, procedures.
- Personnel Development Activities (TAR, GPD, CDD, CptM & TrainM), Organizational Development Programs.
- Department projects (HR Implementations)
- Supervising the activities related to Resourcing; Personnel Marketing, Personnel Selection and Integration (associates salary), universities.
Specific Duties
- Responsible to administrate the following Programs/Process.
- Goal and Performance Dialogue (GPD)
- Competence Management (CptM)
- Career and Development Dialogue (CDD)
- Talent and Associate Review (TAR)
- Annual Salary Review (AS)
- Supervise the training process and follow up audits.
- Headcount controlling supervision.
- Supervise payroll process and follow up audits.
- Responsible of initial training for new associates.
- Supervise the KPI’s of HRL Department
- Annual Salary Review (ASR)
- Responsible of AS (Associate Survey) coordination.
- Lead and supervise training legal aspects.
- Implement Bosch HR initiatives and Projects (HR global, HR Excellence process, Train M)
- Development HR strategies to improve Absenteeism, attrition, and engagement.
- Supervise the Selection and hiring processes for indirect salary and hourly associates.
- Participate with HSE to follow up standards for occupational safety, sustainability, and environment to comply with applicable legal and Bosch regulations and policy.
- Use different resources to meet targets on: Safety (incl. environment), Quality, Delivery and Costs, through the elimination of different types of waste. Follow up on production supervisor’s activities.
- Ensure proper operational controls based on EHS standards: environmental risks, waste (hazardous and nonhazardous), water and energy consumption.
Requisitos
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or in a related field, more than 10 years’ experience in Human Resources in Organizational Development.
Bilingual English/ Spanish
