We are looking for an experienced Organisational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support transformation and technology projects across various client environments. The role will focus on helping organisations and their people successfully adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working through effective change management, communication, and training strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Organisational Change Management strategies and plans for transformation and technology projects.
• Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to understand the impact of organisational and process changes.
• Conduct change impact assessments and identify key areas requiring stakeholder engagement and support.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Create communication materials, presentations, announcements, newsletters, and other change-related content.
• Develop and coordinate training strategies, plans, materials, and sessions for impacted users.
• Work with business and functional teams to ensure training content reflects new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Support user readiness and adoption activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential resistance to change and develop appropriate mitigation and engagement strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, stakeholder meetings, and change-related activities.
• Track change readiness, adoption, training completion, and other relevant project metrics.
• Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure change activities are aligned with overall project timelines.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation adoption activities.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to users during periods of significant organisational or system change.
• Prepare and maintain OCM documentation, including change plans, stakeholder maps, impact assessments, communication plans, and training materials.

• Hands-on experience in Organisational Change Management (OCM), preferably within large-scale transformation or technology projects.
• Experience supporting SAP or other enterprise system implementations is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and user adoption.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness assessments.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different levels of an organisation.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities within a project environment.
• Comfortable working with both business and IT teams.

Added Advantage

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or large-scale ERP transformation projects.
• Experience in training and learning management.
• Exposure to business process transformation and organisational redesign.
• Experience with user adoption, change readiness, and stakeholder resistance management.
• Experience working in global or multi-country transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of OCM methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar frameworks.
• Experience supporting go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation adoption.
