RSM is seeking an experienced Change Management Manager to join our Management Consulting practice within the Enterprise Performance capability. In this role, you will help clients navigate complex business and technology transformations by combining strategic consulting, organizational change management, and transformation delivery expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting initiatives such as ERP implementations, finance transformation, technology modernization, and operating model redesign, with a strong ability to drive stakeholder alignment, business readiness, user adoption, and measurable business outcomes.


Responsibilities
  • Lead change management workstreams within complex transformation initiatives, including finance transformation, ERP implementations, operating model redesign, shared services, technology modernization, and business process improvement efforts.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to assess organizational impacts, identify adoption risks, and develop strategies that support successful business outcomes.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and translate findings into actionable stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and readiness plans.
  • Design and execute change management strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, user adoption, and benefits realization.
  • Facilitate executive and stakeholder workshops to support strategic decision-making and organizational alignment.
  • Develop and deliver communication plans, training strategies, readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement activities, and adoption measurement frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams across Finance, Technology, and Enterprise Performance solution areas to support successful program delivery.
  • Manage project workstreams and ensure high-quality client service, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Support business development activities through proposal development, client presentations, and solution discussions.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members while contributing to the continued growth of the Change Management capability.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of consulting, change management, organizational transformation, or business transformation experience.
  • Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting change impact assessments and developing change management plans that drive adoption and business readiness.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations or enterprise technology deployments (such as Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar platforms).
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience developing strategic communication plans, training programs, and organizational readiness activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% throughout Canada and the United States.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Experience supporting finance transformation, CFO services, budgeting and planning processes, operating model redesign, or shared services initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with Finance, Technology, Operations, and Executive leaders on transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Performance solutions, including finance transformation, technology transformation, ERP implementation, business process optimization, and organizational change.
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, PMP, MBA, or related advanced degree.
  • Experience supporting adoption of Microsoft technologies, ERP platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $98,000 - $180,400

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
