What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement change management strategies aligned to business objectives and program goals.
- Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks, gaps and barriers to adoption.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and secure buy‑in across all levels of the business.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and communication sessions to promote understanding and commitment.
- Design and deliver targeted communications and support materials for affected audiences.
- Partner with L&D to develop training content and coordinate learning activities that enable adoption.
- Track and report on change progress and adoption metrics; provide recommendations and corrective actions to leadership.
- Capture lessons learned and share best practices to improve future change efforts.
- Help develop a change‑capable culture and support a Community of Practice to embed consistent change approaches across the organisation.
What It Takes:
- Bachelor’s degree in organisational development, HR, change, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in change management, organisational development, HR, program/project management or consulting, including large‑scale transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
- Practical experience with PROSCI ADKAR or a similar change management framework preferred.
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and reporting capability.
- Comfortable working in cross‑functional teams and partnering with senior leaders.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestic and internationally as required (10–20%).
