Pay: $30.67/hour, flexible based on experience and qualifications.
Hours:
- Full time, 40 hours per week. Core schedule: Monday-Friday
- Occasional travel and schedule flexibility based on training needs

The Day to Day:
- Design and deliver impactful learning experiences for employees and leaders (in-person and virtual)
- Assess training needs and analyze results to continuously improve development programs
- Support companywide initiatives like mentoring, coaching, job shadowing, and leadership development
- Facilitate engaging training sessions on a variety of topics for staff and management
- Create dynamic training materials, presentations, guides, and job aids that people actually want to use
- Partner with managers to support team development, career pathing, and employee growth
- Bring fresh ideas, research trends, recommend speakers, and enhance programs over time
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make meaningful improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position
Experience and Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone who is equal parts strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, and people champion:
- Experience in training, coaching, or employee development
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, you’re comfortable owning a room (virtual or in-person!)
- Ability to connect with employees at all levels of the organization
- Creativity and enthusiasm, you bring energy and fresh ideas
- Strong organization and attention to detail (you can juggle multiple initiatives with ease)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2 - 3 years of experience in training or organizational development
