Pay: $30.67/hour, flexible based on experience and qualifications.

Hours:

  • Full time, 40 hours per week. Core schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Occasional travel and schedule flexibility based on training needs

The Day to Day:

  • Design and deliver impactful learning experiences for employees and leaders (in-person and virtual)
  • Assess training needs and analyze results to continuously improve development programs
  • Support companywide initiatives like mentoring, coaching, job shadowing, and leadership development
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions on a variety of topics for staff and management
  • Create dynamic training materials, presentations, guides, and job aids that people actually want to use
  • Partner with managers to support team development, career pathing, and employee growth
  • Bring fresh ideas, research trends, recommend speakers, and enhance programs over time
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make meaningful improvements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position

Experience and Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who is equal parts strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, and people champion:

  • Experience in training, coaching, or employee development
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, you’re comfortable owning a room (virtual or in-person!)
  • Ability to connect with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Creativity and enthusiasm, you bring energy and fresh ideas
  • Strong organization and attention to detail (you can juggle multiple initiatives with ease)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in training or organizational development
