We are seeking a Organization Development Intern to enhance organization effectiveness through employee growth strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to employee learning and development, project coordination, and talent engagement within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Identify learning needs and help organize development events.
Support creation of manager guides and tools to promote talent management best practices.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including executive meet-and-greets, site tours, and welcome kits.
Maintain training records and compliance reports, including those related to the 1% Training Law.
Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and Human
Resources Information System (HRIS) Talent module.
Update talent documentation and intranet content.
Contribute to the talent dashboard and KPI tracking.
Support communication of engagement survey results and related action plans.
Stay informed on best practices in organizational development and employee experience.
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Experience with HRIS systems is an asset.
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects with accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proactive and solution-driven mindset
