Organisation Solutions Lead

We’re seeking an Organisational Solutions Lead on a 16 month fixed-term contract, to join our team to partner with our stakeholders to scope and co-design enterprise-wide people frameworks to support and respond to strategic and business needs.  

You will bring your exceptional understanding of people strategies and frameworks, project management and relationship building skills, and ensure alignment with our Purpose, Vision, and Mission. 

What will you be doing? 

• Review and identify gaps in our enterprise-wide people systems, processes and frameworks across the employee lifecycle that respond to strategic and business needs 
• Lead the research, scoping, recommendation, co-design and implementation of new or enhanced strategic people frameworks and initiatives ensuring alignment to RAC’s Purpose, Vision and Mission and People Strategy 
• Ensure solutions are fit for purpose, future focussed, and prepare the organisation for success over a 10-year time horizon
• Respond to business priorities, risks and interdependencies in partnership with the Strategic People Managers and People Experience teams 
• Monitor, report on and evaluate the implementation of strategies and solutions and provide updates to the relevant governance forums 
• Promote dynamic ways of working to effectively co-create solutions within P&C and the broader organisation 
• Lead the design of the enterprise-wide People Strategy, incorporating relevant data, emerging trends, internal and external context to provide insights and recommendations

What will you bring? 

• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Human Resources or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in designing enterprise-wide people frameworks systems and processes 
• Demonstrated experience in facilitation, influencing and project/ program management with matrix teams
• Demonstrated experience managing and influencing diverse stakeholder groups in order to achieve alignment and support of organisational solutions 
• Experience in conceptualising, analysing and developing creative and fit for purpose human-centric solutions 
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive outcomes in evolving environments. 
• Experience in communicating ideas and information through written proposals, reports and presenting these to senior management and Executives
• Experience in coaching, influencing and group facilitation
