As we accelerate our international expansion and navigate a rapidly changing search landscape, we’re looking for an innovative, results-driven Organic Search Lead to join us. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you will independently own, shape, and future-proof our organic acquisition across all channels.

As the Organic Search Lead, your scope will involve:

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel organic acquisition strategy (on-site, off-site, technical) for Agicap’s international presence, with a focus on generating Marketing Qualified Accounts.
  • Own and expand multilingual/international organic growth strategies, supporting launches across Europe and the US.
  • Monitor and adapt to changes in the organic landscape (AI/LLMs, search algorithms, emerging platforms) to maximize visibility and lead generation.
  • Co-create an organic content roadmap with the content and product marketing teams to ensure content is highly relevant and valuable for our target ICP and key buyer personas.
  • Partner with the website team to ensure organic content is optimally presented and effectively delivered to our audience, proactively enhancing it with rich media and innovative approaches that challenge the status quo to deliver conversation-optimized content.
  • Conduct regular technical audits and optimize site structure, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and web property performance.
  • Use and evaluate current organic analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semji), optimizing the toolstack as needed.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on organic channel performance, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations in a proactive manner.
  • Educate and enable Agicap teams on organic acquisition opportunities, trends, and best practices.

What we’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience driving organic acquisition, ideally within a B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to adapt organic strategies for AI-powered discovery channels (e.g., Google SGE, Bing, ChatGPT) and leverage AI tools in daily workflows.
  • Proficient with industry-standard analytics, SEO, and CMS tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Contentful, Semji, etc.).
  • Excellent communicator; able to collaborate with marketing, content, product, and web teams to make organic acquisition a shared priority.
  • Analytical, organized, and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and end-to-end project management skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); French or German are a plus.
