- You are directly involved in the order taking and order placing process for In-Room Dining (IRD).
- Responsible to coordinate all service requirements addressed to In-Room Dining.
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Previous experience as an Order Taker or in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, ingredients.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
