THE ROLE
The Order Support Specialist/Coordinator will provide support for the Sales team from a technical aspect by serving as the connection to both Engineering and Operations. The Order Support Specialist/Coordinator is a key contributor to the Sales process by collaborating cross functionally.
YOUR IMPACT

Review orders and specifications for Sales and Operations

Proficient with schedules and managing orders through order to delivery

Support any invoice questions from internal team members and any external suppliers

Support scheduling and demand planning by working with chassis OEMs on chassis ETAs

Understand lead times in order to support scheduling and demand planning
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-
High School Diploma with three (3) or more years of customer or coordination experience. OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
-
Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Microsoft Office proficient.

Pay Range:
$56,600.00 - $88,400.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
