JOB DESCRIPTION
Role:
So, what's the job? Some call it Order Selector, but we like to say you're an Industrial Athlete. You know how in sports, players go all out for a short time? Like how a football player busts it out for four quarters? Well, you, our Industrial Athlete, keep that energy going for a solid 10 hours, four days a week.

Expect a workout: you'll be walking, stretching, bending, and generally moving around. Think of it this way: you'll cover more than 10 kilometers in one day, just doing your job! It might sound like the same play over and over, but it's all about challenging yourself and upping your game.
About the hours? Well, our shifts start at 3 pm, with 4 shifts per week occurring from Sunday to Friday. Each shift is scheduled up to 12 hours with overtime as required. Due to the nature of business, some shifts will be required to work on stat holidays with additional stat pay or time in lieu of. It's a different kind of schedule, but hey, it might be right up your alley. The pay's pretty sweet, and the better you work – fast, safe, and on-point – the more you can make. Starting hourly wage is $31.19 per hour and then increases to $31.75 per hour after 6 months with additional increases every year. $1.00 per hour night shift premium and an additional $1.00 per hour freezer premium if working in that area.
