Starting Pay: $16.25 - $19.50 per hour
$0.50/hour increase after 90 days based on performance

As an Order Selector, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive accurate orders on time while working with a supportive team committed to safety and success.
What You'll DoAccurately select customer orders using a voice-directed picking system.
Build stable, organized pallets while maintaining product quality.
Apply pick labels to ensure accurate deliveries.
Transport completed pallets to the correct loading dock using an electric pallet jack.
Shrink-wrap completed pallets for shipment.
Verify product accuracy and quantities before shipment.
Follow all food safety, quality, and warehouse safety procedures.
Maintain productivity in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Experience operating an electric pallet jack preferred.
Experience with voice-directed picking systems is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
Ability to safely stack products to prevent damage during transport.
Basic reading and math skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures ranging from -10°F freezer environments to approximately 80°F.
