We are seeking an energetic, reliable self‑starter to join our team in a climate‑controlled warehouse environment. This role is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for delivery while maintaining safety and productivity standards.Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. until finishedKey Responsibilities- Accurately select orders using a voice‑pick system and RF scanner
- Operate a walkie‑rider and/or pallet jack to pick and transport product
- Remove cases of product from pick locations and build pallets according to order specifications
- Use wrapping equipment to secure pallets for shipment and apply appropriate labels
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all orders selected
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Meet or exceed minimum productivity standards
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and/or walkie‑rider safely and efficiently
- Ability to understand spoken English for the voice‑pick system use
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license required
- Frequently lift and handle product weighing up to 50 lbs
- Perform continuous stooping, pivoting, reaching, and walking throughout the shift
- Ability to work on the feet for extended periods
