Order Review Specialist

LastPass is looking for an Order Review Specialist:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled accounting or finance professional to join a dynamic, publicly traded SaaS company headquartered in Boston’s Innovation District. You’ll be part of the Finance Support Operations organization within the CFO’s office, specifically on the Deal Management Team, reporting to a manager based in Boston, MA, USA.

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who is eager to take on a challenging and rewarding growth opportunity within a collaborative Finance team.

About the Team:

The Deal Management Team is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of sales-enabled deals. In this role, you'll focus on reviewing and resolving issues related to sales opportunities before they are integrated into our financial and provisioning systems. You will also play a key role in supporting our sales team by helping to resolve internal inquiries and cases. As a valued member of the Finance Support Operations organization, you'll have the opportunity to apply your expertise, collaborate across teams, and contribute to the success of a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Who will you work with?

The Finance Support Operations organization has high visibility across the company and reports directly to the CFO. Team members collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Accounting, Legal, FP&A, Customer Care, Compliance, and both internal and external audit teams. This cross-functional exposure offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships and gain insight into multiple areas of the business.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

• Review sales opportunities to ensure compliance with Finance Support Operations policies, including ASC 606 and US GAAP
• Review and validate sales orders and contract terms in the company’s ERP system (NetSuite) to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Monitor and respond to internal cases in Salesforce within standard response timeframes
• Meet month-end and quarter-end deadlines by delivering timely support to both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with managing tax exemptions, invoicing issues, and payment processing concerns
• Communicate clearly and professionally across teams and levels of the organization
• Support compliance efforts by gathering documentation and assisting with internal and external audit requests
• Provide cross-functional support to the broader Finance Support Operations team as needed
• Contribute to special projects as assigned by Finance Support Operations leadership

It's great, but not required:

• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with familiarity using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, GoTo Meeting, or similar platforms
