Order Puller

Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM & 10 AM - 6:30 PM | Location: Amherst, NH

As an Order Puller, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time. Your responsibilities will include:

• Pulling lumber and millwork orders using an RF scanner
• Measuring products in linear feet and verifying quantities
• Labeling and staging completed orders for shipment
• Building safe, organized, and secure pallets for transport
• Operating a Novo tugger after completing required training
• Communicating inventory discrepancies or product concerns to supervisors
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting warehouse operations as needed

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy materials throughout the shift
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and instructions
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with lumber, millwork, or building products
• High School Diploma or GED

This is an active role that requires:

• Standing for the majority of the shift
• Frequent handling, gripping, and moving materials
• Reaching, walking, and repetitive motion
• Lifting up to 50 pounds independently
• Lifting 75-100 pounds with assistance
• Working in a warehouse environment exposed to seasonal temperatures and wood dust
