With general supervision, perform all sample warehouse tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Pack UPS and freight orders.
Load and unload trucks
Lift up to 70 lbs. when necessary
Pick orders and stock shelves
Receive and ticket inventory
Fulfill orders by cutting, and processing to the client specifications
MAGNITUDE AND RELATIONSHIP REPORTING
This position reports to the Warehouse supervisors and may receive additional assignments from the Warehouse Manager.
CONTACTS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE ORGANIZATION
This position typically will have contact with all other warehouse employees, and some contact with other departments. Receiving personnel would have contact with truckers.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Self motivated
Knowledge of UPS online system a plus
Hilo and power jack experience a plus
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Detail oriented
Able to work independently
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent
Warehouse experience preferred
