StataCorp is seeking a motivated individual to join our Order Processing team. In this role, you are responsible for processing and fulfilling customer orders, providing high-quality customer service throughout the process, and maintaining the integrity of our customer database.
Job duties
- Invoicing orders
- Fulfilling orders through email
- Adding new client information to company database
- Updating existing client information in company database
- Maintaining integrity of customer database
Candidate requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to pay close attention to details
- Good judgment and strong decision-making skills
- Good English language skills
- Good computer skills
- The ability to work four days, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 5:00 or 9:00 to 6:00 (one rotating day off per week). Weekend and additional hours required as needed during peak seasons.
