Job Summary:

Support Customer Order execution by managing incoming PO's from set customers and create SAP sales orders accurately and timely, while managing the order lifecycle through Salesforce.

• Process sales orders
• Clear credit, pricing, product or Denied Party blocks
• Identifies, investigates and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures to include key performance metrics
• Maintains good customer service relationships, strong communication skills
• Maintains and updates sales orders according to customer changes
• Other duties as assigned

Work Experience:

• Typically requires a minimum of eight years of related experience.

Education and Certification(s):

• High School Diploma or equivalent
