- ✅ Prepare and generate quotations and opportunities in the ERP system under supervision, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers
- ✅ Create and maintain Sales Orders in ERP with a high level of precision
- ✅ Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- ✅ Proactively escalate unmet customer requirements to ensure prompt resolution
- ✅ Support the sales team in managing a controlled volume of orders and transactions efficiently
- ✅ Maintain data integrity and documentation aligned with company standards.
- Bachelor’s degree: B.Com, B.B.M, B.A, B.Sc
- Postgraduate degree preferred: M.Com or MBA
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Customer Support
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Hands-on experience with SAP (CRM & ECC) or similar ERP systems
