We are looking for a Logistics Engineer to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare loading schedules and create daily and weekly logistics plans
Organize export processes for finished goods and intercompany shipments
Manage international transportation operations; compare offers from logistics providers in terms of cost and service
Handle contract processes with alternative carriers; analyze and suggest improvement opportunities for better service and pricing
Contribute to the expansion of the logistics network by supporting the setup of supply chains in new regions
Build databases to optimize loading efficiency; use digital tools for capacity planning and route improvement
Analyze logistics data and report on delivery performance, costs, and on-time delivery rates
Bachelor's degree from engineering faculties (preferably Industrial Engineering)
Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics, export, and shipment planning
Knowledge of planning, load optimization, and freight cost analysis
Proficient in MS Excel; experience with SAP/ERP systems is a plus
Skilled in data-driven reporting and working with digital tools
Strong analytical thinking, result- and solution-oriented
Fluent in English
Residing in Istanbul Asian side or Gebze region
