This Order Management Traineeship offers a chance to contribute to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) through Order Management team by ensuring efficient handling of customer orders, whether in excess flow or volume flow. The position involves keeping key stakeholders informed about material statuses and ensuring that planned orders align with forecasted shipping dates. Responsibilities include assisting supply sites with excess material inquiries, confirming and releasing customer orders in accordance with the Global Production Plan (GPP) and Supply Site Tallinn Commitment, and maintaining the orderbook to ensure all orders are current. The role also encompasses resolving pre-allocation issues and escalations, as well as participating in critical business processes.
What you will do:
• Manage the flow of excess and support materials in SCM Order Management• Ensure stakeholders are informed about excess materials and that orders align with shipping forecasts• Assist supply sites with excess materials inquiries• Confirm and release customer orders based on GPP and ESST Commitment.• Maintain and monitor the orderbook to ensure accuracy• Resolve pre-allocation issues and handle escalations as needed
Who We're Looking For:
• Students studying Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement or Business Administration• Basic understandings in logistics, order management - or other supply chain related fields• Fundamental Microsoft 365 skills and some experience with Excel • Curious, passionate individuals eager to bring fresh ideas, adapt to change and learn quickly• Candidates who are willing to take initiative, challenge themselves, and make a positive impact• High proficiency in English, both verbal and written
