Position Overview:
As part of the talented Order Management team, you will lead a team of Order Management Representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the accurate and timely processing of orders. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The supervisor will serve as a key liaison between internal departments and external customers, driving continuous improvement and fostering a high-performance team culture.

Essential Functions:
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Order Management Representatives to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Oversee daily order processing activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor service levels and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support business initiatives and system enhancements.
- Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing team development.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order management and customer service.
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery and order accuracy.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Champion a customer-first mindset across the team.

Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or related operations
- 1-2 years supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and customer service best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to inspire, guide, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and cross-functional teams
- Skilled in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to enhance workflow and service quality
The anticipated pay range for this position is $57,700-$104,300 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
