Job DescriptionJob Description (Job Summary + Job Responsibilities)
1. Process order form and layout through manual/VIPS/SIPS/TRIM/D2Comm/GPM
2. Inputting the order into ERP system
3. Updating shipment detail in customer's platform
4. Creating report for Trim card, sample, and replacement delivery
5. Arranging Trim card and sample delivery following customer's request in the order
Qualifications1. Good in English
2. Associate's degree/undergraduate degree, any major
3. Capable of excel and familiar with the formula such as pivot, lookup, etc.
4. Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
5. Carefully, deftly, and have the initiative
6. Multitasking (can do several things at the same time)
