Business Unit/Department: Process Systems & Solutions Group 

Location: Lawrence, PA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor customer orders and invoices 
  • Reconcile proposal documents against customer purchase orders (scope, price, terms, schedule) 
  • Confirm, communicate and monitor project product plan (BOM, delivery, shipping/receiving), and project financial plan (invoice, cost, margin) with direction from project managers
  • Manage and maintain internal system transactions for standalone orders and throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Coordinate material deliveries through active collaboration with vendors and suppliers
  • Assist project managers and accounting teams with project closeout activities

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will possess a bachelor’s degree, preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or customer service 
  • Will have the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Will have the ability to work on a team including the gathering and disseminating of detailed information
  • Will provide excellent oral and written communications 
  • Will possess a desire for continual training and education
  • Will have a strong work ethic
  • Will have the skills to develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers 
  • Will have high computer application literacy including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn our internal business system

Skills Required

  • Minimum 2 years experience in project coordination or customer service
