Faith Technologies Inc. (FTI) is currently seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our Business Development team in Menasha, WI. or Kansas City, KS.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our post-sale execution. You will not only execute daily order operations but also take ownership of developing and building out scalable order management processes. You will manage the accurate entry of orders, seamlessly process change orders, and keep a pulse on real-time order statuses. By proactively managing delays and coordinating with our manufacturing floor and logistics teams, you will ensure that our products are shipped and delivered efficiently and accurately.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (GED with equivalent working experience)
Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in order management, fulfillment, or post-sale operations, supported by a background in supply chain, customer success, or sales operations within a technically complex manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and implement standardized order management processes and workflows to improve efficiency from purchase order receipt through final delivery
- Manage the accurate and timely entry of complex manufacturing orders into the ERP system
- Ensure all product components are properly created, configured, and recorded within the ERP system
- Process and manage change orders, ensuring updates are communicated clearly to production and logistics teams to avoid delays
- Monitor order status end-to-end, serving as a central point of contact for sales teams and external customers
- Proactively identify potential production or supply chain issues, develop mitigation plans, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Partner with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate, schedule, and verify shipments and final deliveries
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned

WORK LOCATION
This role requires work to be done Onsite/Hybrid from our Menasha, WI office or Olathe KS.. Our onsite-hybrid roles include a high level of workplace and schedule flexibility to support a healthy work-life balance.
