The Role: Order Management Administrator

The Order Management Administrator plays a critical role in turning customer contracts into clean, executable orders. This role partners cross-functionally to interpret complex agreements and translate them into clear operational, billing, and service delivery outcomes—ensuring accuracy, reducing risk, and improving overall order-to-revenue performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Review and interpret customer contracts, amendments, and orders to ensure alignment with policies and operational requirements
  • Advise cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, AR, Service Delivery) on contract obligations, billing structures, and operational impacts
  • Evaluate pricing, billing terms, credits, and service commitments to determine accurate billing and revenue treatment
  • Govern order intake by ensuring completeness, compliance, and operational readiness prior to system entry
  • Translate contract terms into actionable requirements for billing, implementation, and service delivery
  • Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and contractual risks—especially in non-standard agreements
  • Support implementation readiness and coordinate service delivery handoff
  • Build and maintain reporting and controls related to bookings, revenue, and contract governance
  • Analyze trends and exceptions impacting revenue or operational performance
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and improve order-to-revenue processes

  • Sound judgment in ambiguous or non-standard scenarios
  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy
  • A proactive, improvement-focused mindset
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in contract administration, order management, revenue operations, or finance operations
  • Strong understanding of billing models and revenue-impacting contract terms
  • Ability to assess operational and financial implications of agreements
  • Analytical skills with experience in reporting and process controls
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Experience with commercial contract interpretation and contract governance
  • Background in operational controls or revenue processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
