The Role
The Order Management Specialist will support our order-to-cash process by reviewing and processing customer orders, generating accurate invoices, and ensuring smooth billing operations. This role is highly collaborative, working across sales, finance, and operations to deliver excellent service and support the company’s continued growth.
What You’ll Do
- Review and process orders in Salesforce and NetSuite with accuracy and speed.
- Partner with sales to resolve quote issues and ensure policy compliance.
- Generate and issue invoices on time, meeting internal deadlines.
- Respond to inquiries from sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot billing issues and provide timely solutions.
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Support month-end close activities as needed.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce and NetSuite preferred).
- Strong business acumen and basic accounting knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in software/technology.
- Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred).
