As an Order Management Specialist based in Morristown, NJ, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless order management for our customers.
Acting as a trusted partner, you will collaborate across functions including supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:
Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and customer satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Collaborate closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery and fulfillment processes
Maintain and update order data in SAP, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal processes
Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities to improve service levels and operational efficiency
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing customer experience
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through clear communication and teamwork
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain, including at least 1 year in Order Management
Hands-on experience working with SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
High level of accountability, resilience, and a collaborative team spirit aligned with Arxada’s values
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected salary range for this role is $38,000 to $50,000, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
