Your role:
- Supports daily operations and the team lead by managing KPIs and reviewing competing priorities to ensure team performance meets agreed targets and aligns with organizational goals while balancing customer and team needs.
- Works under general supervision to guide colleagues on standard processes and SAP navigation, acting as a key user to define and implement actions that optimize processes, workflows, efficiency, and productivity.
- Engages in projects and Kaizens to identify, standardize, and implement best practices and innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
- Captures and drives resolution of team issues and exceptional orders/deviations by coordinating relevant stakeholders, applying established protocols, and ensuring timely, comprehensive, and sustainable outcomes that preserve operational integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrates thorough understanding of order-processing systems and governing processes, supporting colleagues in analyzing customer orders and deviations and enabling effective problem-solving and decision-making to deliver maximum value.
- You posses Vocational Education or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.
- You have 4+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as order processing order management, or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree, preferably with understanding of supply chain or equivalent areas.
- You are knowledgeable in SAP, SFDC or an equivalent ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
- You are a customer-focused professional with critical thinking, strong communication skills, and innovative problem-solving skills. You excel at meeting tight deadlines, resolving escalated issues, and are forward-thinking with strong organizational abilities.
- May be required to work overtime and/or during Panamanian holidays, based on business &/or departmental needs.
- Capable of communicating effectively using the English language.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
