You’ll be challenged by a wide range of projects and contribute to success in all areas of leading end-to-end process as Order management, Inventory and Procurement manager.Job Scope 1: Order Management Manager, 40%- Lead and manage the order management team, including training, coaching, and performance reviews/
- Oversee the entire order lifecycle, from order entry and validation to invoicing and delivery
- Partner with sales, logistics, supply chain, and finance to resolve order issues and improve workflows.
- Drive process improvements and automation in order processing systems.
- Supports audits, revenue recognitions, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies and policies
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy across warehouse and systems
- Forecast demand and plan replenishment in coordination with procurement and sales
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits, reconcile discrepancies.
- Track slow-moving, excess and obsolete inventory, and recommend corrective actions.
- Optimize warehouse storage and inventory turnover to reduce carrying costs
- Maintain accurate data in ERP/WMS systems (Infor LN)
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process (sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance)
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments (finance, operations, production, inventory) to forecast demand and align purchasing plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, and related fields
- More than 10+ years in order management, supply chain and procurement with at least 5 years in leadership role.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes
- Experience with ERP systems. Knowledge with Infor LN an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to details
- Leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices.
