As an Order Management Partner within Commercial Operations, you will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of our daily sales reconciliation and the seamless execution of end-to-end order processes. The Opportunity:
Optimize Sales Reconciliation: Perform critical iDoc monitoring and error resolution to ensure successful data interfacing between Roche and third-party systems.
Ensure Transaction Accuracy: Reconcile daily sales data to validate completeness and investigate discrepancies across orders, deliveries, and sales records.
Manage Digital Subscriptions: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital orders, from initial subscription requests through to final invoice creation.
Drive Invoicing Excellence: Manage service invoice issuance and provide regular, high-quality reporting to internal stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy.
Maintain Master Data Integrity: Lead the creation and maintenance of customer master data, ensuring all amendments and system files are updated with precision.
Support Strategic Reporting: Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
Oversee Documentation Workflows: Handle the meticulous processing of invoices, credit notes, and withholding tax certificates to maintain compliance.
Enhance Process Efficiency: Proactively identify opportunities for workflow improvement and leverage SAP and digital tools to enhance service delivery.
Who you are:
Experienced Operations Professional: You bring at least three years of experience in order management or customer service, preferably within a multinational or healthcare environment.
Academic Background: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Technical SAP Expert: You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and have hands-on experience navigating order management systems or SAP environments.
Analytical Problem Solver: You possess strong analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset for resolving complex discrepancies.
Effective Communicator: You demonstrate excellent communication and coordination abilities, acting as a reliable partner for internal and external stakeholders.
Independent & Prioritized: You have a proven ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines.
